Co-Founder / Managing Director
Harold de Fierlant: Belgian, born in 1970, he has lived in Geneva since 1999. He decided to set up Matrix Wealth Management in order to offer a completely independent and transparent management of his clients' assets, after having accumulated a solid financial background as financial analyst, portfolio manager and funds picker in an investment management company, Société d'Etudes Financières Internationales (SEFI SA), based in Geneva. Prior to this, he gained professional experiences in finance industry with Citibank in the Structured Trade Finance department in London and with Fortis Group in the Credit Department in Brussels. Over the years, he has developed an extensive network of investment professionals around the world.
He received an MBA in International Wealth Management from Carnegie Mellon University (USA) and from the University of Geneva (CH).
He also got the Certificate in Financial Asset Management and Engineering (FAME) from the University of Lausanne and he is a Certified Financial Analyst from the European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies (EFFAS).
He undergraduated in finance and economics from the European Business School in London (UK).

Dr. Kurt Moosmann: Swiss-Canadian, born in 1966, is an acknowledged specialist in structuring wealth of private entrepreneurs, business owners and high net worth individuals. He is managing the Wealth Planning department of the Wealth Company Dara Capital Ltd., based in Zurich. He co-founded Matrix Wealth Management after having assumed the position of Head of International Financial Planning at Deutsche Bank in Geneva. Before joining Deutsche Bank Group in 1998, he worked for other international financial institutions in Canada and Switzerland (Royal Trust and Coutts Bank).
He holds a law degree from the University of Zurich, from which he obtained his Doctorate of Law as well. His thesis about - the comparison of the Anglo-Saxon trust and the Liechtenstein trust - with special consideration of the beneficiaries' interests was published by Schweizer Schriften zum Bankrecht in 1999.
Furthermore, he obtained a MBA in International Wealth Management from Carnegie Mellon University (USA) and the University of Geneva (CH) in 2003.
In addition, he was nominated in 2002 by the renowned Max-Planck-Insitute for Foreign Private and International Law, Hamburg, to participate in the «European Foundation Project», which aims at introducing a new complementary Foundation Law on an European level.
Dr Kurt Moosmann is an active member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and regularly lectures on International Wealth Planning at the Swiss Banking School's Executive MBA and other associated programmes.
