Instalments / Fees
Two fee structures are offered to clients, either:
- a annual management fee of 1.0%, i.e. a payable quarterly management fee of 0.25% on the value of all securities and assets held at market prices at the end of each quarter.
or :
- a annual management fee of 0.5% AND a annual performance fee of 5%, i.e. a payable quarterly management fee of 0.125% on the value of all securities and assets held at market prices at the end of each quarter, plus a performance fee calculated at the end of each calendar year, amounting to 5% of the increase in total value, including revenue accruals during the year.
In case of termination of the management mandate, the amount of the annual management fees will be calculated with the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the financial products of the month corresponding to that of the termination.
The annual management fees are calculated pro rata temporis; contrary to the performance fees which are entirely due at the end of the calendar year (31 December).
The choice of the option is irrevocable for a period of 5 years.
